Job Description
• Plan Timetable every 2 months
• Final co-ordination after 1st week of session
• Handle students’ requests, complaints
• Supervise registration operations
• Handle corporate courses : send proposals, coordinate and follow up
• Prepare teaching materials : send and collect monthly payroll sheets
• Preparation of posters and update of website
• Organization of exams
• Recruit team staff
• In charge of Books stock
• Assist Director of Studies
Requirements
• Candidate must possess minimum GCE ‘A’ level
• Fluent and proficient in written and spoken English; Proficient in written and spoken French
• Proficient with MS office applications
• Excellent communication, writing and PR skills
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Singaporeans, PRs and Dependant Pass holders only
