French cooking demonstration in Community Centres [fr]
On Saturday 28 May, 2 French chefs shared their know-how during French cooking demonstration in community centres, as part of the Voilah French festival.
Organized in partnership with the People’s Association and ITE College West, this event gathered several dozen of people willing to enhance their French cooking skills!
In the morning, the participants learnt how to make profiteroles and mango tatin pie with Chef Vincent from Valrhona at Tampines West Community Club. Then, in the afternoon, Chef Gilles from the French Embassy showed to the guests how to cook pistou soup and gnocchi with mushroom sauce and asparagus juice at Jurong Green Community Centre.
