To apply for a visa, the applicant must obtain an individual appointment, and so must all minors whose names appear on their parent’s passport.
Booking is available neither by phone call nor by coming to the consulate.
Before making an appointment, you are strongly advised to make sure that you have all the required documents according to the type of visa your applying for.
On the day of the appointment :
Applicants arriving late are not admitted and must reschedule their appointments.
Only the applicant is admitted at the interview, unless he needs to be accompanied due to advanced age, ill health or difficulties to speak French or English.
Minor applicants must come with one of their parents (father or mother) or by their legal guardian to deposit their file.

Due to a computer maintenance operation, it will not be possible to make appointments online at the embassy’s website on the evening of November 18th to November 19th, 2011 (from 21 : 00).
Technical advice : please use Internet Explorer 6 and newer in English or French with Windows.
To cancel or to modify an appointment :
Go back on the section « Scheduling an appointment », click in the category where you had previously scheduled your appointment, then « Revoir son rendez-vous ».
Caution :
This service is totally free of charge. Any person that would book an appointment through a third party under a false identity would have been done it at his/her own risks and might being considered as an illegal action.
Any false or corrupted information or data (i.e : false or incomplete name, nickname, wrong passport number…) may result in a automatic cancellation of the appointment, if not the refusal of the visa.
