Visa for Monaco

The Consular Administration has the full authority to evaluate and request for more documents than those submitted by the applicant. Submitting the following documents, while required, does not guarantee the issuance of a visa. Also note that the visa does not in itself grant you the right to enter a French or Schengen territory. It is necessary that you carry with you, at all times, the original documents used to obtain the visa.

You must apply at the Consulate of France in person.

The visa cannot be issued once the applicant is in France or in Monaco.

Please submit the following in original and 1 copy.

ATTENTION: The Visa Section does not provide photocopying services, you must bring your documents and the required copies.

Requirements
- 4 application forms and 4 recent passport-sized photos. All forms must be completely and legibly filled out in black or blue ink, signed and dated. All photos must be recent, identical, ( 2,5cm x 3,5cm) and showing face front the forehead hairline and ears on a white background.

- National Passport (+ 3 copies of identity page) valid for at least three months beyond the last day of your stay in Monacco. Be sure the passport has blank "visa" pages, with at least 2 pages, left to affix the visa.
NOTE : We do not keep the passport while processing the visa.

- Employment pass / dependant pass / student pass / permanent resident card / and re-entry permit stamp in passport which must be valid for at least a few days beyond the last day in France (+ 3 copies).

Please submit the following in original with French translation and 3 sets of copies of each;

- Any pertinent documents related to your present occupation in Singapore (+ 3 copies)

  • paystubs for the last three months,

    or

  • letter from your employer stating that you are on leave of absence or on a sabbatical.
  • If you are retired - social security payments, if you are self employed - business license.

    - A record of good conduct from the Police. (+ 3 copies)

    - Proof of ownership or promise of lease in Monaco. (+ 3 copies)

    - Financial guarantee (+ 3 copies)

  • letter from your bank stating that you have sufficient means of support to live in Monaco

    or

  • proof of retirement pension or proof of personal income,

    or

  • work contract certified by the labour Department of Monaco.

    - A medical certificate issued by one of the doctors approved by the French Consulate. (+ 3 copies)

    The visa is issued only after authorization has been granted by the Monagasque Authorities. You will be informed of the decision by mail via the address indicated on the application form, which must be within our jurisdiction.
